In 2025, we took the next big step and expanded into full-service party rentals, officially becoming Merrill Party Rentals. Still family-owned and proudly rooted in the Merrill community, we're excited to offer even more ways to bring your events to life.

It all kicked off when I built a photo booth for my own wedding. I wanted something fun for our guests—something that wasn’t just another decoration, but a way for people to actually make memories. So, I got to work. It was definitely a DIY project, complete with trial, error, a lot of late nights, and 3 separate photo booth enclosures/revisions. But in the end, it turned out awesome.

Our guests couldn’t get enough of it—everyone was snapping pics, laughing, and taking home little keepsakes from the night. That one booth ended up being such a hit, people started asking if they could rent it for their own events. That’s when the light bulb went off.

What started as a personal touch for our wedding became the first step toward Merrill Party Rentals. Since then, we’ve expanded into tents, tables, chairs, and more—but that photo booth is where the whole thing began. Built with love, fueled by laughter, and still at the heart of everything we do.
